Heaton Park is a huge family park owned by Manchester City Council, 4 miles north of the city centre where there is so much to see and it is a great day out for the whole family. Car parks are located at all the main entrances and the Park is linked to a variety of public transport routes. The walk will consist of approximately 4 miles around the park.
