Sutton Park is an historic landscape that covers an area of 2,400 acres. The site is included in English Heritage's list of historic parks and gardens and most of the site is also a scheduled Ancient Monument due its many sites of archaeological interest. This former royal deer park has retained many ancient features including prehistoric mounds and a Roman Road. The walk will consist of approximately 4 miles around the park.
